Privacy policy
Last updated: 21 July 2026
This policy explains how we process your personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish LO 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
1. Data controller
Owner: SKIINET — [legal entity name to be completed]
Tax ID (NIF): [to be completed]
Registered address: [to be completed], Spain
Contact email: skiinet.app@gmail.com
2. What data we process and where it comes from
This site has no forms, requires no sign-up and uses no cookies. The only personal data we process is what you voluntarily send us by email when requesting information or a demo: your name, your email address, your school's name and the content of your message.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use that data exclusively to answer your enquiry, arrange the requested demo and continue the commercial conversation you started.
The legal basis is pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent when writing to us (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
4. Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as the commercial relationship lasts or until you ask us to delete it, and afterwards for the time needed to meet legal obligations.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We rely on providers acting as data processors: Google LLC (email, Gmail) and Vercel Inc. (web hosting and cookieless analytics). These providers may involve international data transfers covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to skiinet.app@gmail.com. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies. To measure visits we use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service that works with aggregated, anonymised data: it does not build profiles, identify individual visitors or track them across other websites. That is why no consent banner is required.
If we add non-essential cookies in the future (for example, advertising or identifier-based analytics), we will update this policy and ask for your consent via a cookie notice.
